Aegean Gastronomy Route

A source-backed guide from the mansion's village breakfast spread and mıhlama to Antakya-Aegean cuisine and an independently operated dibek coffee stop in the village.

STOP 01

Aegean Breakfast Culture & the Spread Table

In the Aegean the day begins with a long, unhurried table; the first stop on our route is this culture as it lives at the mansion.

The village breakfast spread is served to the table in the restaurant and garden daily from 08:30 to 11:00 and is included in the stay. Visitors who are not staying at the hotel may join subject to availability.

STOP 02

Antakya and the Aegean at One Table

Selections from Antakya and Aegean cuisines meet on the same menu.

The à la carte restaurant serves selections from Antakya and Aegean cuisines at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Menu items and prices may change seasonally; advance reservation is required for dinner.

STOP 03

Mıhlama by the Hearth

A selected breakfast dish served hot from the pan.

Served hot from the copper pan, mıhlama is one of our selected breakfast dishes.

STOP 04

The Independent Dibek Coffee Stop in the Village

Dibek coffee belongs to the village discovery route; it is not a ritual provided inside the mansion.

Şakir's Dibek Coffee is not an amenity inside the mansion. It is an independently operated village stop around a five-minute walk away. Confirm current opening hours and service directly before visiting.
