1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. Kozbeyli Konağı uses cookies to operate the site, remember preferences and, with your consent, measure visits and marketing performance.

2. Cookie Categories We Use

Non-essential cookies are not activated unless you give consent. Your consent preference is stored in your browser and can be changed later.

  • Necessary storage: language preference, the cookie-consent record, temporary interface state and security checks needed for the site to function.
  • Analytics storage: Google Analytics and PostHog site-performance, visit and conversion measurement used only after analytics consent.
  • Marketing storage: Google Ads, Meta Pixel and click-ID attribution used only after marketing consent.

3. Technical Storage Inventory

The periods below are maximum technical periods. When you withdraw a preference, new optional measurement stops and the related first-party records reachable from this domain are deleted where technically possible.

  • cookie_consent_v2 — first-party localStorage: stores analytics and marketing choices plus the policy version until you change the choice, the version is invalidated or browser data is cleared.
  • NEXT_LOCALE — first-party cookie: language choice for 1 year. exitIntentShown — sessionStorage: prevents a repeated notice until the tab/session ends.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — provider-managed, short-lived necessary security data used for bot and abuse checks.
  • _ga / _ga_* — first-party Google Analytics cookies: only after analytics consent, for up to 2 years depending on configuration.
  • ph_*_posthog — first-party PostHog localStorage/cookie records: only after analytics consent, for up to 1 year.
  • _gcl_* / _gac_* — first-party Google Ads cookies, and _fbp / _fbc — Meta advertising cookies: only after marketing consent, for up to 90 days.
  • Meta Conversions API is not a cookie. Contact and quote forms do not send a server-side Meta CAPI Lead event; form email, phone, IP address, browser user-agent and _fbp/_fbc values are not transferred to Meta through this channel. Separately, if configured, a server-side Purchase measurement event without personal form fields may be sent for a verified HMS reservation.
  • kzb_click_ids — first-party cookie containing gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid and ctwa_clid: created and passed to the HMS booking link only after marketing consent; expires after 90 days.
  • Google Tag Manager does not itself set a cookie; the tags it manages remain subject to the relevant category. The HMS booking engine is on a separate domain and applies its own privacy and cookie notices after you follow the link.

4. Service Providers

The website may use hosting and content delivery services, the hotel booking engine, an authorized bank or payment provider where payment is required, analytics and performance tools, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API and bot-protection services. A current vendor list can be reviewed through the official Turkish privacy and cookie documents.

5. Managing Your Preferences

You can choose or change optional cookie preferences through the cookie banner, this page or the cookie preferences control in the site footer. Refusing optional cookies does not block the core site experience.
