What are the check-in / check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00.

Is breakfast included with the stay?

Yes. Kozbeyli Konağı operates on a room-plus-village-breakfast concept; breakfast is included in the room rate and rooms are not sold without breakfast. It is served to the table rather than as a buffet, the morning after your stay, in the restaurant or garden.

How do I find out the rates?

Rates vary by date, season, room type and occupancy, so we do not publish a fixed amount on this site. When you select your dates on the official booking screen you see the current rate and availability for those dates, and the exact total appears before you confirm. The village breakfast is included in the room rate and prices include VAT. You are also welcome to ask us on WhatsApp or by phone.

Is it suitable for families with children?

Yes, we have family rooms. We do not offer a separate children's menu; however, our menu includes stone-oven Margherita pizza, fries, white-cheese omelette and desserts (churros, cocoa cake, ice cream) that children usually enjoy. Please let our service team know your dietary and portion preferences.

What are the cancellation and date-change terms?

Cancellations made 72 hours (3 days) or less before your check-in date are non-refundable and the full accommodation amount is charged. Cancellation and date-change requests made earlier than 72 hours are evaluated according to the selected rate and booking channel terms; final terms are shared in writing during reservation confirmation. Rates may vary by season, period and occupancy.

How far is the airport and is a transfer available?

İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport is approximately 95 km away depending on the selected route; Old Foça is 19.2 km away by road. A paid round-trip airport transfer can be arranged subject to availability. Use live directions for the current travel time.
