Check-in & Check-out
Room check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out requests are evaluated according to availability.
Breakfast Hours
For staying guests, the village breakfast spread is served from 08:30 to 11:00 and is included in the room-and-breakfast stay. Non-staying restaurant guests are welcomed for breakfast from 08:30 to 14:00, subject to availability; advance reservation is recommended.
Restaurant & Dinner
Our kitchen takes orders between 08:30 and 22:00; tables stay open until 23:30. Advance reservation is required for dinner.
After Reception Closes
Reception closes at 22:00; after that you can message our team on WhatsApp. Arrivals after 22:00 are only possible with advance notice — please do not plan a late arrival without confirmation.
Accessibility
The mansion is single-storey and has no lift; the entrance is step-free, corridors have handrails, and dedicated parking is available for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair access is possible on a limited basis: because room and bathroom dimensions are constrained by the historic building, please state your requirements in writing before booking and obtain a suitability confirmation from our team.

We are in the heart of Kozbeyli Village, 11 km from Yeni Foça centre and 19.2 km from historic Eski Foça. Use live directions for current travel times.

Cancellation & Change Terms
Cancellations or changes submitted 72 hours (3 days) or less before arrival are non-refundable and the full accommodation amount is charged. Earlier requests follow the selected rate and booking-channel terms; final conditions are shared in writing before confirmation.
