1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the website at www.kozbeylikonagi.com (the "Site"). Every visitor who accesses or uses the Site declares that they have read and accepted these terms. The Site is operated by Kozbeyli Konağı (the "Business").

2. Site Content

Room, restaurant, event, campaign, visual and information content on the Site is provided for information purposes. For reservations, the room, date, guest count, price and rate plan shown on the reservation screen before payment prevail. Where the Business identifies a material or technical error, it informs the user without delay and may not rely on its own error to remove a consumer's mandatory rights.

3. Intellectual Property

Rights in the brand, logo, design, text, menu, photographs, video and other content on the Site belong to the Business or the relevant rights holders. Copying, publishing, reproducing, adapting or using this content on another platform for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

4. User Obligations

Users of the Site agree to:

• provide accurate information in reservation and contact transactions;
• not use another person's payment or identity information without authorization;
• avoid actions that impair the security or operation of the Site;
• not use automated scraping, malicious software or unauthorized access methods;
• not transmit content contrary to law or to the rights of third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

6. Liability

The Business applies reasonable technical measures to keep the Site secure and operational. The Site may be temporarily unavailable during planned maintenance, internet outages, third-party infrastructure failures or circumstances beyond the Business's reasonable control. This clause does not remove the Business's liability arising from gross fault, wilful conduct or mandatory law.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated due to changes in law, services or site infrastructure. Changes apply to transactions after their publication date. The essential terms of reservations already finalized are not changed retroactively to the guest's detriment.

These terms are governed by Turkish law; consumer disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court within applicable monetary limits, and other disputes within the legally competent courts and enforcement offices.
