When you select your dates on the official booking screen you see the current rate and availability for those dates, and the exact total appears before you confirm. Yes — we love four-legged guests! We welcome cats and small-breed dogs up to 6 kg (one pet per room) free of charge, with a food and water bowl provided. To protect the mansion's calm, we cannot accept dogs over 6 kg or large breeds; guide and assistance animals are exempt from this limit. Please request written confirmation from the team before booking for a suitable room and date.

Yes, we have family rooms. We do not offer a separate children's menu; however, our menu includes stone-oven Margherita pizza, fries, white-cheese omelette and desserts (churros, cocoa cake, ice cream (1 scoop)) that children usually enjoy. Please let our service team know your dietary and portion preferences.

Arrival after 22:00 is only possible when you notify the team in advance and receive confirmation. Share your expected arrival time during booking and do not plan a late arrival without confirmation.

Cancellations made 72 hours (3 days) or less before your check-in date are non-refundable and the full accommodation amount is charged. Cancellation and date-change requests made earlier than 72 hours are evaluated according to the selected rate and booking channel terms; final terms are shared in writing during reservation confirmation. Rates may vary by season, period and occupancy.

All of our rooms are non-smoking; a dedicated smoking area is available in the garden and terrace. At check-in, a cash or credit-card pre-authorisation deposit may be taken to cover extras such as à la carte dining, minibar and paid beverages, as well as any possible damage. If no extras are charged, the deposit is released at check-out; the return of a card pre-authorisation depends on your bank's processing time.

Yes. Stays that include 1 January are subject to a mandatory New Year's gala dinner (set menu) charge, which is not included in the room rate. As the amount is set seasonally, it is shared with you in writing during reservation confirmation — please request confirmation from our team before booking these dates.

Our indoor meeting room of about 100 m² seats up to 50 people and has a projection screen. For staying guests, the village breakfast spread is served from 08:30 to 11:00; for early departures, breakfast is prepared at 08:00. Arrivals after 22:00 are welcomed only with advance notice: a staff member waits or check-in is contactless, with payment taken in advance by mail order or bank transfer. All staying guests receive 10% off food items marked on the restaurant menu, and 15% for stays of 3 nights or more; main courses, burgers, dishes containing meat, chicken, fish or cured meats and all drinks are excluded.
