Kozbeyli Konağı is a 19th-century historic stone mansion. In the courtyard we host up to 150 guests seated for dinner, or up to 200 standing, with the event flow planned together with our team.

Located ~7–9 km from the Aliağa steel mills, ~13 km from Menemen İZBAŞ, ~19 km from Nemport container port and ~23–29 km from Petkim and the Tüpraş and STAR refineries, away from industrial noise in Kozbeyli village. Offering 16 stone rooms accommodating 1 to 4 guests, village breakfast spread served to staying guests 08:30–11:00, on-site dinner restaurant, a 100 m² meeting space, 1000 Mbps fiber Wi-Fi and invoices issued to the company — ideal for visiting engineers, maritime surveyors, executive management, and focused corporate retreats.
